Online Purchases Policy

Payment for our services are to be added using our online shopping cart function using the ‘Add to cart’ function. Items can be added and removed from the cart before you reach checkout.

Please review your order before committing to payment

Services will be delivered via online methods e.g. Microsoft Teams or Zoom unless expressly stated otherwise.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and this is added automatically at checkout if this is applicable. There are no shipping costs of our online delivered services. Unless stated otherwise by line item, our services are one time use and there is no contract period. If the whole time of the session is not used, it cannot be carried forwards and will be forfeit.

Confirmation of your order will be via email using the address you provided during signup. Services will be delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

Refund Policy

Libreea are dedicated to high quality products and services. We stand by our services 100% and are dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience we can.

Before committing to any of our on-line service delivery, please confirm the services we are offering are suitable for your requirements.

In the event of any issue with the services we provide, please contact clarity@libreea.co.uk to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
If we need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative dates without penalty or if required offer a full refund

Our cancellation period for online services is:

  • Greater that 14 days of booked appointment 100% refund
  • Within 7 days of booked appointment 50% refund
  • Within 48 hours of booked appointment 25% refund
  • Less than 48 hours notice of booked appointment 0% refund

Our cancellation period begins from the time and date of your appointment and not your order confirmation.

Requests for refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivered services and will be provided using the same method of payment.

To request a refund please contact clarity@libreea.co.uk or contact us on +44 (0)1183 800856. If the refund request is granted by Libreea, payments are refunded as follows:

Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
