The Miggins and Miggins Case study has been designed to simulate the different types of formats that process information can be found within most organisations. It is deliberately set up to be ambiguous, incomplete or wrong. The information in this case study should be used in conjunction with an instructor led online or offline workshop to define its context further along with the practical examples of how to use it.
